Return & Refund Policy

At House of Dreams, we want you to love your fragrance. If you're not completely satisfied with your purchase, we're here to help.

Returns

Due to the personal nature of fragrance products, we only accept returns on items that are:

  • Unopened
  • Unused
  • In their original packaging
  • Returned within 14 days of delivery

Products that have been opened, used, or damaged after delivery cannot be returned for hygiene and safety reasons.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at contact@houseofdreamsperfumes.com with:

  • Your order number
  • Photos of the product and packaging
  • A brief description of the issue

We will review your claim and, if approved, provide a replacement or refund.

Refunds

Once your returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you regarding the status of your refund.

If approved, your refund will be issued to the original payment method. Please allow 5–10 business days for your financial institution to process the refund.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return or refund:

  • Opened or used fragrances
  • Gift cards
  • Promotional or clearance items
  • Products marked as Final Sale

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless:

  • The item arrived damaged
  • The wrong item was shipped
  • The product is defective

We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as House of Dreams is not responsible for returns lost in transit.
